Topics
What we'll talk about
Single track, no fluff. Every talk is reviewed by the programme committee and rehearsed with a speaker coach.
Maintainable systems
Architecture that survives its authors: boundaries, boring tech, and paying down debt without stopping the world.
Teams and process
How small teams ship big things — reviews, on-call, and saying no.
Reliability
Incidents, observability, and the unglamorous work of keeping things up.
AI in practice
What actually helped in production this year, and what quietly got turned off.
Open source
Maintaining, funding and depending on software you don't control.
Lightning talks
Eight minutes, one idea. Submitted on the day, picked by the room.
Speakers
First confirmed speakers
More announced every fortnight until the programme is full.

Ines Carvalho
Staff engineer, Northwind
Ten years keeping a payments platform up. Talking about migrations that took longer than planned.

Marcus Oyelaran
Independent consultant
Helps teams fix their on-call. Former SRE lead at two unicorns that are now boring companies.

Yuki Tanaka
Maintainer, an open-source database
On funding, burnout and the users who never file issues.

Daniel Weiss
Engineering manager, Orbital
How a 12-person team replaced a monolith without a rewrite — and what they'd skip next time.
